My first post

Welcome to Everyday Getaway 

Hi there!

I hope you enjoy this site and what you find on it.  

I'm going to use this post as a chance to introduce myself and what this site will be about.  My name is Holly and I am currently 21 and in the summer before my final year at university.  I spent my third year of my degree abroad and was inspired by my time there to travel more and explore the world, as well as take time to appreciate the beauty of the UK and my local area.  

Although I don't know what I want to do when I graduate from university in a year as a career, I do know that I want it to involve travelling.  I'm hoping that this blog will be a place where I can document my journey towards that dream job and the adventures that will lead to that realisation along the way.  

I hope you enjoy what I post on here, whether it be travel related or otherwise and that you can be inspired to try new things everyday as well.
